Internet Use Causes Insomnia?

Well, actually maybe not causes…

Apparently there has been a study done of Chinese internet users. Among the problems they reported were insomnia, anxiety, high blood pressure, worsening eyesight and a whole host of other issues.

Of course, listen to these stats…

40% of the Chinese internet users spend MOST of their weekends online.
Only 16% of them sleep 8 hours every night
Less than 9% of them do any physical exercise.

The good news is…there’s an easy solution to this problem!
