Insomnia and Motherhood – A New Study
A recent study by the National Sleep Foundation found that most mothers suffer from insomnia.
However it was surprising to note that stay at home moms actually had more insomnia than working mothers.
Not by a huge amount – 74% of stay a home moms
72% of full time working moms
60% of part time working moms
suffer from insomnia or problems falling asleep at least a few nights per week.
