Beauty Sleep and High Blood Pressure

Here’s an interesting tidbit I just read:
Apparently there’s been a study recently that found women that slept for five hours a night or less were twice as likely to develop high blood pressure as the women who slept at least seven hours or more. There didn’t seem to be any difference in the men, though.
Okay, all you women insomniacs out there, how’s your blood pressure?
